Available Upon Request - Ceramic plates, Stainless Steel Cutlery, Napkins, Salt & Pepper, Take-Out Containers, Buffet Tables, Kitchen tables, Cooking equipment, Kitchen Cooking Tent, etc.… ( Buffet Tables, Buffet Tents, BBQ Rentals are not provided and available for rent from third party vendors)

– events more than 85-100 guests, On-Site Additional Crew fee will be needed to full service catering on site option,@$100/Staff crew per every 100 guests, to ensure best service, quality and timing , set up & tear down of catering event crew.
- Bartenders services are available upon requested @$25/hour per Bartenders, Per 50 guests, plus travelling fee and all bar tips go to bartenders on duty. Honeymoon jar fund must be kept at a separate location from the bar to avoid confusion.
-Out of town Travelling fee $1.50 / km, $250 Mobile Kitchen, $100 Truck/Trailer Fee for +150 guests catering events(waved when mobile kitchen is booked), Gratuities and GST not Included. Variant on all quotes depending current market of day of the event.
-No deposit needed for all bookings, but full number guest count (including all vendors, photographers, DJ, etc.…) & full payment of the final invoice must be paid required 14 days prior to your event.
-Cash or E-transfer is the ONLY method of payment, No Cheque or No Credit Cards will be accepted. 3% surcharge on all credit card amounts
-Prices fluctuate every month, 30 days prior to your event, a final guaranteed pricing quote will be issued when final menu is finalized.
-Confirmed final pricing must be approved by White Bull Cafe Management.
